If you need to return a drive or motor for warranty or non-warranty repair you MUST obtain an RMA number prior to shipping the item to us.

Servo Dynamics Limited Warranty
All Servo Dynamic controllers are warranted against defects for a period of 1 (one) year after purchase date. Any controller repaired within the warranty period will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Servo Dynamics. The customer is responsible for returning the defective controller to Servo Dynamics. Servo Dynamics will return the repaired controller at our cost, domestic ground shipping only. Expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer. International shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty is void when damage is caused by: Neglect, abuse, excessive dirt, unauthorized modifications, overloading, or improper operation. Removal of the Servo Dynamics serial number will also void the warranty.
Warranty repaired controllers have a 6 month warranty on the repair work performed or continue with the original warranty, whichever is longer.
Non-warranty repairs have a 6 month limited warranty on the parts and work performed for the repair. Customer is responsible for all shipping on non-warranty repairs. All non-warranty repair items are subject to a diagnosis fee of $75 to $150. 50% of the diagnosis fee will be deducted from the cost of the repair or the purchase of the new unit.
You must first obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from Servo Dynamics for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
